Our 2700 sqft mobile home with an add on (year 2000), is on five acres with it's own well, fully fenced, new roof 2018, in a small town south of Tuscon. It's a little over an hour to a port of entry to Mexico (Nogales), and about 45 minutes from a larger US town (Sahuarita), and about 75 minutes from Tucson airport. The home is easily reached from a main road, it's only a half mile on a dirt road.
Our property has a storage shed and a chicken/goat coop. We had three milking goats and had 18 laying chickens while we lived there. We also put up the large swingset/playground behind the house and we have lots of woodworking tools and bikes that renters be welcome to use. Home has piano and washer dryer..
The home is so large with the add on, it could easily be sectioned off to a Mother-in-law type situation with some small changes. (The back of the house has it's own side entrance already and I have local construction friends that could do the work of adding a small kitchen at an affordable price.) RV hook ups could be added very easily.

This is only partial view of the playground, it has a tire swing and swing set as well.
Arivaca Farmer's Market (saturdays, a couple miles from us):
Anyone is allowed to sell anything they want, and without a fee. Just set up a table and set your prices. Our kids and I so enjoyed both shopping and selling there, and socializing - such sweet community. A video of it below (my family is the one petting the goat-pet :))
Link to more info on the community garden, and example of the veggies we got after volunteering, it's about 8 minute drive from our house.

Below is a picture and then one minute video of 1.4 mile cienega trail in. (trail begins about a mile from our home)
